1、X1字簽證：長(cháng)期學(xué)習（在華學(xué)習時(shí)間180天以上）的國際學(xué)生須持X1字簽證入境，持X1字簽證入境的國際學(xué)生，須在入境后30日內辦理學(xué)習類(lèi)居留許可，逾期未辦理則構成非法居留。

2、X2字簽證：短期學(xué)習（在華學(xué)習時(shí)間180天以下）的國際學(xué)生可持X2字簽證入境。簽證超期即構成非法居留。

國際學(xué)生來(lái)華學(xué)習須持普通護照及學(xué)習（X1字或X2字）簽證入境。若國際學(xué)生持其他類(lèi)型簽證，可能無(wú)法正常在校學(xué)習，國際學(xué)生本人承擔因此而導致的全部后果。

Visa Types

1.X1 visa

X1 Visa is issued to international students undertaking long-term study in Mainland China (more than 180 days). Students holding an X1 visa must apply within 30 days after entry for a residence permit, otherwise it constitutes illegal residence.

2.X2 visa

X2 Visa is issued to international students who will study for fewer than 180 days. Staying in China after the valid visa expires constitutes illegal residence.

International students studying in China must possess ordinary passports with either visa for study (X1 or X2 type). International student entering China with other types of visas may not be able to apply for student's visa or residence permit, and therefore may not be accepted for enrollment. In this case, all the consequences shall be assumed by the student in person.
